Abstract

Penerapan konsep Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) produksi air Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Wilayah X masih belum terbilang efisien, dikarenakan proses produksi air perusahaan masih menggunakan senyawa kimia yang berdampak pada lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat performansi rantai pasok hijau pada alur produksi di PDAM Wilayah X guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan meminimalisir dampak lingkungan. Metode Green SCOR dan pembobotan AHP digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pembobotan terhadap setiap KPI menggunakan metode AHP yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran tingkat performansi menggunakan metode Green SCOR serta evaluasi menggunakan metode Traffic Light System. Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum milik pemerintah dan berfokus pada efisiensi material serta pemakaian senyawa kimia ramah lingkungan dalam proses produksinya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari 16 KPI, 3 KPI di antaranya terindikasi warna merah (18,75%), 2 KPI di antaranya terindikasi warna kuning (12,50%), dan 11 KPI terindikasi warna hijau (68,75%). Nilai total pengukuran tingkat performansi green supply chain sebesar 84,99 (Good). Berdasarkan nilai yang didapat, maka tingkat performansi rantai pasok hijau perusahaan adalah indikator warna hijau yaitu baik namun perlu adanya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan performansi rantai pasok hijau. Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process; Green Supply Chain Operations Reference; Pengukuran Tingkat Performansi, Traffic Light System The implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in water production at Local Water Supply Utility Region X is still inefficient, because the company uses chemicals in its production process and gives environmental impact. This study aims to determine the level of GSCM performance in the production process to increase efficiency and minimize environmental impacts. The methods used in this research are GSCOR and AHP. Scoring of each KPI using AHP, then measure the performance using the GSCOR, and evaluated using Traffic Light System. This study, conducted at Local Water Supply Utility by the government, focuses on material efficiency, and Eco-friendly chemical use. The results of this study are from 16 KPIs, there are 3 KPIs with red indicators (18.75%), 2 KPIs with yellow indicators (12,50%), and 11 KPIs with green indicators (68,75%). The total value of GSCM performance level measurement is 84.99 (Good). The company’s GSCM performance level is green and it means good, but still needs to be improved to improve GSCM performance.
