Abstract
More and more digital financial service users, digital financial service startup managers to provide better features and services. Especially in the field of financial technology called Flip. Conversion can be done by providing additional free administration fees to other regular banks. This attracted a lot of attention from Flip and placed it among the top 10 digital financial services in Indonesia according to IDC Financial Insight in 2021. However, Flip is ranked 3rd out of 10 which proves the need for quality improvement in terms of fees, transactions, as well as security. This study aims to understand admin fees, transaction limits and the security of Flip digital's personal data. Financial services are affected. This research can be used for competitive strategies against other competitors. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 120 people who had used flip at least once. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling method because this method analyzes relationships that include one/many dependent variables and independent variables, each variable in structural form including several indices that are measured directly and SEM is a collaboration of analysis and analysis, factor analysis and a number of variables. factor. The results of this study indicate that admin fees and personal data security have a significant impact on user interest and frequency of use, indicating that Flip is recommended to continue to provide reasonable management fees and not burden users and improve personal data security for Flip users.
