Abstract

During this pandemic, everything, including the way we work, has changed. This can make the motivation, work health and job satisfaction of employees decrease. Which if this is ignored will affect the motivation, health, and satisfaction of employees so that it also has an effect or influence on work productivity and employee welfare so that it has an impact on the development and pace of the organization or company. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, work health and job satisfaction on work productivity and to determine the relationship between work productivity and employee welfare. So that the author can conduct this research carefully, it is necessary to limit the problem, namely that respondents who answered the questionnaire were only aimed at employees of CV Unggul Jaya Sidoarjo. The results of this study found that there was a significant influence between occupational health on work productivity. Then there is no effect of job satisfaction on work productivity. In addition, it was found that there was a significant effect of work motivation on work productivity. It was also found that there was no significant effect between productivity on employee welfare at CV Unggul Jaya.
