Abstract
Today industrial activities are growing rapidly and play an important role in everyday life. This is because the population is also increasing. The production system is a collection of several subsystems that interact with each other with the aim of converting inputs into outputs in order to have added value that can later compete in the market. PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a subsidiary of the Indonesian Fertilizer Holding Company. Raw material inventory is one of the company's assets that has an important role in business operations so that inventory control in a good way is important. This Field Work Practice (PKL) activity is held with the hope that the author as a student can find out how the Phonska NPK fertilizer production process and analysis of the safety stock of Phonska fertilizer raw materials (Ammonia and ZA), in the department of production planning and energy management, especially in the production planning section for fertilizers phonska at PT. Gresik Petrochemicals.
