Abstract

With the development of technology in the increasingly complex digital industry era, people want something practical and fast in transacting. This gave rise to ideas for business people in the use of financial technology, one of which is the creation of various digital payment methods packaged in digital wallet applications or e-wallet. One of the fintech companies that is currently developing (GOPAY). This study aims to see the effect of promotion and e-service quality as a factor in repurchase interest. The population used in this study are consumers who have used GOPAY. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 70 respondents. In this study, the data analysis used was a component-based structural equation modeling (SEM) method using a partial least squares analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that promotion and e-service quality affect repurchase interest using GOPAY .
