Abstract
Organizational development is an important thing to increase the development of education in Indonesia. one sector of the development of educational organizations at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo is an organization that has a role to be able to improve the development of the organization itself through educators, the success of development can be seen through the spirit of work, work discipline and competence of educators. This study aims to examine the effect of morale, work discipline and competence of educators. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is educators. The sample of this study amounted to 51 respondents with saturated sampling technique. and data collection was done by means of a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Sources of data obtained are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with coefficient test of Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study show that: (1) Work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on the development of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the development of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo, (3) Competence of Educators has a positive and significant effect on Development of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo.
