Abstract
Education is one of the most important roles to support the progress of a country, therefore it takes the quality of competent human resources to be able to create the next generation of a superior nation. Human resources in question is the existence of a teacher to educate students. In order for teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, it is appropriate that teacher satisfaction must be prioritized. On the basis of this thought, this study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being, physical work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction of non-permanent teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach. A total of 33 respondents were sampled. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique from the population which included all non-permanent teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. Data was obtained from respondents' answers (non-permanent teachers) to the questionnaires that had been distributed, then processed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results showed that psychological well-being, physical work environment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for non-permanent teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk.
