Abstract
This study aims to determine: The effect of workload and safety and health on employee performance in the production of CV.99 Gresik. The sampling technique in this research is the saturated sampling method with a sample of all employees of the production department as many as 40 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses partial least squares with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study showed that a high workload can reduce employee performance in the production section of CV. 99 Gresik. Good occupational safety and health can improve employee performance on employees of the CV. 99 Gresik.
