Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between co-workers, supervision, working conditions, changes in career status on customer satisfaction, and to determine the relationship between employee job satisfaction and employee welfare at PT Mohtra Agung Persada. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT Mohtra Agung Persada where the sample in this study was 150 respondents. The data of this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data sources for this research are primary from respondents and secondary data from related libraries. This study was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study found that the relationship between co-workers has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, supervision (supervision) does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction, working conditions do not significantly affect employee job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. employees, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction
