Abstract
Digital Marketing Agency is a startup engaged in digital advertising with its operational activities in the Business Incubator, UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. This startup is experiencing delays in it’s production processing in meeting scheduled targets due to unsystematic business process flow. Thus, causing waste of processing time and production costs. The purpose of the research is to analyze business processes with process focus categories to make them more effective and standard. The research uses quantitative descriptive approach with the Line Balancing and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) methods based on flow chart techniques. Collecting data using structured interview techniques and field observations. Data management is carried out using Flexible Line Balancing 3.0 and Bizagi Modeler 3.6.44 software. The results of the research are in the form of suggestions for improving the flow of processes that are more systematic and standard which are expected to reduce costs and processing time
