Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the factors that affect the performance of employees at the Malang City PDAM during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to determine the variables that affect the employee's performance at the Malang City PDAM. the approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with exploratory factor analysis. The technique used in determining the sample uses a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The method used in collecting data is using a google form questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale and assisted by the SPSS program to analyze the data. The respondents in this research were 77 employees of PDAM Malang City. The results obtained in this research show that there are 14 predetermined variables, all of which affect the performance of employees at PDAM Malang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Then, grouped into 3 factors, namely Leadership Factors and Work Motivation. Leadership Factors and Work Discipline. Leadership Factors and Work Discipline.
