Abstract

Every company is motivated by the desire to provide better service by running effective and efficient operations. In the current pandemic season, many people are reluctant to save in a bank or credit due to unstable economic conditions. Conditions like this are thought to reduce employee confidence in getting new customers, therefore this study aims to determine how well the effect of self-efficacy (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance at work. 43 people participated in this study. They all work in the marketing and business department of PT. BPR Bank Jombang (Perseroda). This study uses a saturated sample strategy to obtain data, while the PLS or Partial Least Square analysis method is used. Based on the results of these studies, employees who have confidence in PT. BPR Bank Jombang (Perseroda) is better in its duties. As a result of the increase in motivation, the performance of employees at PT. BPR Bank Jombang (Perseroda) has been very developed.
