Abstract

PENGARUH KEAMANAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA E-COMMERCE LAZADA DI SURABAYA Abstrak Dampak pandemi Covid-19 sangat terasa di kalangan penjual dan tidak sedikit dari mereka yang mengalami gulung tikar. Namun dengan semakin canggihnya teknologi, banyak dimanfaatkan penjual untuk menjual produknya secara online. Banyak risiko yang mungkin saja terjadi saat kita berbelanja online, contohnya barang yang dikirim tidak sesuai dengan gambar. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi seseorang mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian, diantaranya yaitu kepercayaan dan keamanan konsumen terhadap e-commerce tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0. Penyebaran data menggunakan google formulir dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa keamanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Keamanan, Kepercayaan, Keputusan Pembelian THE EFFECT OF SECURITY AND TRUST ON PURCHASE DECISIONS ON LAZADA E-COMMERCE IN SURABAYA Abstract The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very much felt among sellers and not a few of them have gone out of business. However, with increasingly sophisticated technology, many sellers use it to sell their products online. There are many risks that may occur when we shop online, for example, the goods sent do not match the picture. Therefore, this study wanted to find out what factors influence someone to make a decision to make a purchase, including consumer trust and security in the e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. Distribution of data using google forms with a sample of 80 people. From the results of the study, it was found that security had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while trust had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
