Abstract
The quality of good education is one of the main keys to advancing civilization and increasing the standard of living of a country. In order to realize a good quality of education, an integrated learning process is needed using various learning methods and innovations that allow learning to be carried out continuously without being limited by space and time. Teaching and learning activities between teachers and students using the conventional face-to-face method that has been applied in several elementary schools can be minimized by providing online learning facilities or E-Learning that can be accessed by all students anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. Making web-based E-Learning in elementary schools is to make it easier for students to carry out learning activities without being limited by space and time. Especially during a pandemic like this it requires us to minimize gathering activities, so E-Learning is very useful for the learning process for elementary schools online.
