Abstract
The Human Development Index provides a broad enough point of view to assess the progress of human development and can be used as a link between people's income and human well-being. This study was conducted with the aim to find out the influence of poverty, unemployment, and economic growth on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Ngawi Regency from 2010 to 2019. The data used by the author is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java and Ngawi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method using Multiple Linear Rerggression Analysis. Thus, simultaneous results of poverty, unemployment, and economic growth together have an effect on the Human Development Index, while partially the variables of poverty and Economic Growth significantly affect HDI in Ngawi Regency, and unemployment variables do not significantly affect HDI in Ngawi Regency.
