Abstract
ABSTRAK IPM di Kabupaten Gresik selalu mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2011-2020, oleh sebab itu penting mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tingkat Pengangguran, Tingkat Kemiskinan, serta Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap IPM di Kabupaten Gresik pada Tahun 2011-2020, dengan memakai data sekunder yang didapatkan dari website BPS Kabupaten Gresik dan BPS Jawa Timur yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan Model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil Penelitian secara Parsial menunjukkan bahwasanya Variabel Tingkat Pengangguran (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM (Y), disisi lain untuk Variabel Tingkat Kemiskinan (X2) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (X3) yaitu Berpengaruh Negatif serta signifikan terhadap IPM (Y). Sedangkan secara Simultan Variabel Tingkat Pengangguran, Tingkat Kemiskinan serta Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Kabupaten Gresik Periode 2011-2020. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pengangguran, Tingkat Kemiskinan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, IPM. ABSTRACT HDI in Gresik Regency always increases in 2011-2020, therefore it is important to know the factors that influence it. This research was conducted to determine the effect of unemployment rate, poverty rate, and economic growth on HDI in Gresik Regency in 2011-2020, using secondary data obtained from the website of BPS Gresik Regency and BPS East Java which was then processed using quantitative analysis methods with the Model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Partial research results show that the Unemployment Rate Variable (X1) has no significant effect on HDI (Y), on the other hand for the Poverty Level Variable (X2) and Economic Growth (X3), which has a negative and significant effect on HDI (Y). Meanwhile, Simultaneously, the Unemployment Rate, Poverty Level and Economic Growth Variables simultaneously affect the Human Development Index in Gresik Regency for the 2011-2020 period.
