Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of price, service quality and trust on buying product decision on Shopee e-commerce (study case: Shopee customers in Surabaya). The sample used in this research was two hundred and one respondents using the probability sampling method. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data collection was taken using a questionnaire via Google Form. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination methods with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 22. The research results concluded price had positive and significant effect on buying product decision on Shopee. Likewise, service quality had positive and significant effect on buying product decision on Shopee. Similarly, trust had positive and significant effect on buying product decision on Shopee.
