Abstract
Kalanganyar is a fishing village in Sedati District which has never had a major development in this area. Kalanganyar itself has a lot of potential in the field of fisheries and marine affairs so that the people in this area depend mostly for their lives on existing natural resources. The fishery center in the Kalanganyar Sedati area is present as a commercial building to accommodate potential phenomena that utilize natural resources in the area. The design of this fishery center is very much needed by the surrounding community so that it can bring in local and foreign tourists. The potential that exists in this area includes natural beauty which has more points so that if it is used properly, there is a great opportunity for this area to develop and advance, both from the development sector and the economy. With these potentials and problems, the idea of designing a Fisheries Center emerged that took advantage of the phenomenon of natural beauty in the Kalanganyar area with the phenomenological architectural method. This Fisheries Center is designed to support and answer the problems that occur in the Kalanganyar area by presenting the concept of phenomenological architecture as a solution to introduce the Kalanganyar area to the public.
