Abstract
Streptomyces sp.and Trichoderma sp. is a microorganism that can produce secondary metabolite, contain antibiotics, and can inhibits the growth of Colletotrichum sp. cause of antraknose disease. Secondary metabolite used are shaken for 7 days and 14 days. The concentration of secondary metabolite used is 5% (K1), 10% (K2), and 15% (K3). The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA. The study was conducted in vitro and in vivo. In vitro and in vivo test result were significantly different from control, that is the secondary metabolite are shaken 14 days with a contentration 5%.
