Abstract
CV FCK Corporation is a company engaged in mushroom processing into Jamur Crispy in Kediri Regency, which has the potential for further development. However, changes in production costs and marketplace administration fees may affect the financial condition and feasibility of the business. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and production risk of the Jamur Crispy FCK business. This study employs a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data obtained through observation and interviews with key informants, namely parties considered to possess relevant knowledge and important information related to the research needs. The research was conducted from May to June 2026. The data were analyzed using Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), sensitivity analysis (Switching Value), and Coefficient of Variation (CV). The results showed an NPV of IDR 160,665,235, a Net B/C of 1.118, an IRR of 58%, and a PP of 1.68 years, indicating that the business is financially feasible. The sensitivity analysis showed that the business remains feasible up to a tolerance limit of a 29% increase in raw material costs and a 17% increase in marketplace administration fees. The CV analysis resulted in a CV value of 11.68%, indicating that production risk falls into the low risk category. These results can serve as a consideration for investment decision making and future business development.
