Abstract
This scientific study aims to determine how accessibility, facility quality, and the quality of the tourism experience influence tourist loyalty, as well as to analyze the impact of tourist loyalty on the sustainability of Wonosari Tea Agrotourism in Malang Regency. This study employs a quantitative research design, and data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The respondents for this study consisted of 70 tourists for the multiple linear regression analysis and 30 employees for the simple linear regression analysis. The data collected through the questionnaires were subsequently analyzed using classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, the coefficient of determination, as well as multiple and simple linear regression. The results of this scientific study indicate that accessibility, facility quality, and the quality of the tourism experience—both individually and collectively—have a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Simultaneously, these three variables have an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.813, meaning they explain 81.3% of tourist loyalty. Among the three variables, the quality of the tourism experience is the variable that contributes the most to tourist loyalty. Further analysis shows that tourist loyalty has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of Wonosari Tea Agrotourism, with an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.228, meaning it explains 22.8% of sustainability.
