Abstract
Increasingly intense business competition requires restaurants not only to excel in product quality but also to rely on the quality of their human resources. This study aims to determine the impact of leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Resto Bapak Hj. Karim Gresik. A quantitative method was employed, involving 35 employees as respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS approach with SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that the leadership variable helps foster job satisfaction and the work motivation variable supports employees’ job satisfaction.
