Abstract

Employee Job Satisfaction at PT INOAC Construction Materials Indonesia is affected by workplace conditions in which interpersonal relationships and the effectiveness of information exchange remain areas requiring attention. To determine the impact of Communication and the Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction, this research analyzed data from all 32 active personnel at PT INOAC Construction Materials Indonesia using saturated sampling. Questionnaires measuring construct indicators provided data for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) executed through SmartPLS. Addressing a gap in manufacturing sector research, the findings confirm that Employee Job Satisfactiondepends on the Non-Physical Work Environment, emphasizing that workplace harmony, mutual respect, and collaborative interactions are essential. Communication also influences Employee Job Satisfaction, particularly through clear information exchange, comfortable interaction, and effective coordination. These findings contribute empirical evidence regarding the relevance of interpersonal workplace conditions and organizational Communication in supporting Employee Job Satisfaction within a manufacturing context
