Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), Domestic Investment (PMDN), and Labor on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta during the period 2011-2025. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from relevant institutions. The data are analyzed using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results indicate that PAD and PMDN have positive and statistically significant effects on GRDP in the short run. Meanwhile, labor exhibits a negative relationship with GRDP, although the effect is not statistically significant. The cointegration test does not provide a conclusive result regarding the existence of a long-run relationship among the variables. These findings suggest that PAD and domestic investment are associated with regional economic output, whereas the effect of labor on GRDP has not been found to be statistically significant during the study period. Therefore, the regional government is expected to optimize local revenue, encourage productive domestic investment, and improve labor quality and productivity to support economic development in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Keywords: Local Own-Source Revenue, Domestic Investment, Labor, Gross Regional Domestic Product, ARDL.
