Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosure, profitability, and leverage on stock prices, with firm size as a moderating variable, in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2022–2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 30 companies with 120 observations. The data were processed using EViews 13, and the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was selected as the best model. The results show that ESG Disclosure has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while profitability and leverage have no significant effect. Firm size moderates the effect of ESG Disclosure on stock prices by weakening it and moderates the effect of profitability by strengthening it, but it does not moderate the effect of leverage. These findings indicate that ESG disclosure and profitability should be considered by investors when assessing the stock price prospects of energy sector companies. Keywords: ESG Disclosure, Profitability, Leverage, Stock Price, Firm Size, Moderated Regression Analysis
