Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and job stress on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in manufacturing companies in Surabaya City. This study used a quantitative approach involving 90 respondents and was analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that work life balance has a negative effect on turnover intention, while job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention. These findings indicate that improving work life balance can reduce employees' intention to leave, while a high level of job stress tends to increase employees' turnover intention.
