Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Gross Fixed Capital Formation, Government Expenditure, and Labor Force on Economic Growth in three ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The data used are secondary time-series data for the period 2015–2024 obtained from the World Bank World Development Indicators, which were then analyzed using simple linear regression on both the pooled model and country-specific models. The results show that Gross Fixed Capital Formation has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in the pooled model as well as in Indonesia and the Philippines, whereas Government Expenditure and Labor Force show no significant effect on Economic Growth, either in the pooled model or in the country-specific models. These findings recommend strengthening productive investment as well as improving the effectiveness of government spending and labor force quality to support sustainable economic growth.
