Abstract
Economic growth was one of the important indicators used to describe the development and performance of a country’s economy. Such development was influenced not only by direct economic factors but also by political conditions, the quality of governance, and capital formation through investment. This study analyzed the relationship between Political Stability Index, the Corruption Perception Index, and Investment on Economic Growth in Indonesia during the 2010–2025 period. The study used a quantitative approach with annual data obtained from the World Bank, Transparency International, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, which included classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination test, the F-test, and the t-test. The results showed that Political Stability Index had a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in Indonesia. The Corruption Perception Index also had a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth, indicating that an increase in the index score, which reflected an improvement in the perception of public-sector integrity, was associated with better economic performance. Investment had a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on Economic Growth. The R Square value was 0.749, indicating that 74.9% of the variation in Economic Growth was explained by Political Stability Index, the Corruption Perception Index, and Investment, while the remaining 25.1% was explained by other factors outside the research model. Keywords: Economic Growth, Political Stability Index, Corruption Perception Index, Investment.
