Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work discipline on the employee performance of PT. Lati Prayogi Lamongan. The study employs a quantitative approach, with OHS and work discipline as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The research population consists of 32 employees; a saturated sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population served as the research sample. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to employees in the Operational Division and subsequently analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that: (1) OHS has a positive effect on employee performance, and (2) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
