Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of outsourcing employees at PT Riwana. This study employed a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all 38 outsourcing employees of PT Riwana. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Likewise, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The R-Square value of 0.743 indicates that work motivation and job satisfaction are able to explain 74.3% of the variance in work discipline, while the remaining 25.7% is explained by other factors outside the research model.
