Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention on Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT Saprotan Utama Nusantara. The study used a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while Turnover Intention has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. These findings indicate that increasing Job Satisfaction can improve Employee Performance, while lower Turnover Intention tends to decrease Employee Performance.
