Abstract
Basically the company has long-term goals, but when the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic outbreak causes a hampered growth in the financial performance of a company so that the company makes a reduction in the company's assets (employees), and the reduction of company assets until some companies implement work from home during the covid-19 pandemic is still ongoing. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of environmental performance, sales growth, and sustainability reports on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. This research uses this type of quantitative research. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling. The data used in the study was obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and companies that followed PROPER during 2016 to 2020. The data analysis used is SmartPLS 3.3. The results of this study showed that sales growth had a significant and positive effect while environmental performance and sustainability reports had a significant and negative effect on financial performance.
