Abstract

UD Sumekar Pratiwi’s agroindustry faces limitations in production capacity and unstructured supply chain management, characterized by inconsistent raw material procurement patterns, a supply flow that has not been systematically documented, and suboptimal coordination among supply chain participants. This study aims to analyze the supply chain and value chain flows, supply chain performance, supply chain efficiency, and the value added of UD Sumekar Pratiwi’s tortilla chips. The research was conducted using a purposive approach at UD Sumekar Pratiwi’s agroindustry, employing a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling was performed using the snowball sampling method. Supply chain flow analysis was performed using a descriptive method; value chain analysis was conducted using Porter’s (1992) method; performance measurement utilized the SCOR method by comparing indicators against the FoodSCOR Card; efficiency measurement employed the DEA method with DEAP 2.1 software; and value-added analysis was performed using the Hayami method. The research results show that the supply chain involves wholesalers, agro-industries, retailers, and end consumers, with the flow of products, information, and finances occurring directly and simply. The value chain consists of integrated primary and supporting activities. All performance indicators have exceeded the FoodSCOR Card targets. The DEA results show that wholesalers, agro-industries, and Retailer 2 achieved an efficiency of 1.00, while Retailer 1 achieved an efficiency of 0.99. The Hayami analysis yielded a value added of Rp240,811/kg, or 75.25%, and a profit of Rp206,525/kg, or 85.76%. Keywords: agroindustry, DEA, efficiency, hayami, performance, value added, porter, value chain, supply chain, SCOR, tortilla chips.
