Abstract

CV Berdikari Silika Tuban is a silica sand purification manufacturing company facing challenges in internal information management due to manual administrative processes that are disintegrated across divisions. This condition causes data redundancy and operational inefficiency. This Field Work Practice (PKL) report aims to design and build a website-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system to automate and integrate corporate business processes. The system development was conducted using the Agile method, covering planning, design, development, testing, and deployment stages, utilizing the Laravel 11 framework and MySQL database. The result of this activity is an ERP system integrating four main modules: Human Resources (HR), Warehouse, Sales, and Finance. The system is equipped with strategic data visualization features, Role-Based Access Control, and a modern interface. The system implementation successfully simplifies workflows, automates salary and stock calculations, and improves data accuracy for decision-making. This system serves as an effective solution in creating centralized and efficient administrative management for the company.
