Abstract
The Impact of Managing Tourist Attractions Based on Ecotourism Principles on Tourists’ Perceptions at Klurak Ecopark – Mojokerto The management of tourist attractions based on the principles of ecotourism is one approach to supporting the sustainability of destinations through environmental management, community involvement and economic sustainability. This study aims to analyse the influence of tourist attraction management based on the principles of ecotourism on tourists’ perceptions at Klurak Ecopark in Mojokerto. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 60 tourists. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression, with the variables of environmental education, environmental conservation, community participation and economic sustainability. The results indicate that environmental education does not have a significant effect on tourists’ perceptions, whilst environmental conservation, community participation and economic sustainability have positive and significant effects. Collectively, these four variables have a significant effect on tourists’ perceptions, with an Adjusted R-squared value of 0.894. The research findings indicate that the management of tourist attractions based on ecotourism principles plays a significant role in shaping tourists’ perceptions at Klurak Ecopark, Mojokerto.
