Abstract
Regional financial performance or regional capacity is one measure used to see the ability of the region in carrying out regional autonomy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional original income and balancing funds on regional government financial performance. This Research This research uses Non-Probability Sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the 2016-2020 Kediri City Government Budget Realization Report. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study show that first, local revenue has a positive effect on the financial performance of local governments. Second, the balancing fund has no effect on the financial performance of the local government of Kediri. Third, local revenue and balancing funds together affect the financial performance of local government Keyword : Regional Original Income, Intergovernmental Revenue and Regional Financial Performance
