Abstract
Kebun Anggur Klaten Agrotourism has development potential through its diverse grape varieties, fruit quality, and educational tourism concept, but it still faces several limitations in facilities, digital promotion, accessibility, parking area, workforce availability, and harvest periods. This study aims to identify the condition of the 4A components, analyze internal and external factors, and determine priority development strategies for Kebun Anggur Klaten Agrotourism. The study employed a descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, involving managers and visitors as respondents. Data were analyzed using the 4A concept (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Services), Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), SWOT analysis, and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results indicate that the 4A components have fulfilled the main elements of a tourist destination, although improvements are still needed in facilities, accessibility, and several service aspects. The SWOT analysis places Kebun Anggur Klaten Agrotourism in Quadrant I, indicating an aggressive (SO) strategy. The QSPM analysis identifies two priority strategies, namely SO1 with a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 6.82, focusing on developing grape cultivation educational tour packages by utilizing grape variety diversity and the educational tourism concept, and ST1 with a TAS of 6.77, focusing on maintaining grape variety diversity and fruit quality to face competition from similar agrotourism destinations. The implementation of these strategies is expected to enhance the attractiveness, competitiveness, added value, and sustainability of Kebun Anggur Klaten Agrotourism. Keywords: Agrotourism, Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, 4A, QSPM
