Abstract
Marsilea Crenata or clover is a weed plant that has many ingredients that are good for the human body. Clover can be consumed as food and used as herbal medicine. Many benefits contained in clover, this plant has the potential to be utilized so that it can be cultivated. The aims of this research is to determine the composition of the best planting media and the best dosage of guano fertilizer on the growth and yield of clover. This research was carried out at the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" East Java from October to November 2025. The first factor is the composition of planting medium (M) which consists of 3 levels, namely M1 : soil + husk charcoal (1:1), M2 : soil + husk charcoal + chicken manure (1:1:1), M3 : soil + charcoal husk + cow manure (1:1:1) and dose of guano fertilizer (D) as the second factor was consists of 4 levels, namely D0 : without guano fertilizer (control), D1 : dose of guano fertilizer 15 g.polybag -1 , D2 : dose guano fertilizer 20 g.polybag-1 , D3 : dose of guano fertilizer 25 g.polybag-1 . The results of the research showed that the composition of the planting medium soil : husk charcoal: cow manure (1:1:1) and a dose of 15 g.polybag -1 guano fertilizer had a significant effect on the number of leaves, number of branches, height plant, and fresh weight of clover plants
