Abstract
Advancements in information technology necessitate the availability of digital services that are effective and easily accessible to the public. The Broadband Learning Center (BLC) Surabaya, operating under the Surabaya City Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo), faced issues with its previous website, including unintuitive navigation, a monotonous visual design, and limited responsiveness. This internship project aimed to rebuild the BLC Surabaya website to make it more interactive, responsive, and aligned with user needs, utilizing the Laravel framework and the Waterfall methodology. The development process encompassed requirements analysis, interface design, and user-inclusive testing. The rebuilt site demonstrates significant improvements in navigation structure, visual design, responsiveness, and cross-device usability. The new website is now more interactive, informative, and professional, facilitating public access to information and supporting digital public services. This internship provided practical experience for the student and contributed to Surabaya's digital transformation into a Smart City.
