Abstract
The implementation of the outsourcing employment system has grown rapidly to improve operational efficiency. However, this system often creates employment-related issues, particularly job insecurity arising from uncertain employment status, as well as job satisfaction problems caused by inadequate compensation and an unfavorable work environment. Collectively, these conditions contribute to a high level of turnover intention, which may negatively affect organizational operational stability. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity and job satisfaction on turnover intention among outsourced employees. This quantitative study used primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 84 outsourced security service employees. A saturated sampling technique was employed, in which the entire population was included as the research sample. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software to test the research instruments and hypotheses. The results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The higher the level of job insecurity perceived by employees, the greater their intention to leave the organization. Conversely, improving job satisfaction, particularly through harmonious workplace relationships, effectively reduces turnover intention. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for company management in evaluating employment security and the work environment to reduce employee turnover rates. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Outsourced Employees, Turnover Intention
