Abstract
PUSPA HUNTING is a public service innovation developed by UPTD Puskesmas Panekan, Magetan Regency, integrating stunting and tuberculosis (TB) management. This study aims to analyze PUSPA HUNTING based on four dimensions of innovation: product/service, process, delivery method, and system. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that PUSPA HUNTING integrates stunting and TB screening, the E-PUSPA HUNTING digital system, active case finding, door-to-door services, and cross-sectoral collaboration. This innovation supports TB case detection and integrated stunting management, reflected in the decrease in stunting prevalence in Panekan Subdistrict from 17.70% in 2021 to 7.10% in 2025.
