Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Data Security on the Continuous Use Intention of digital accounting applications among users in coffee shops in Surabaya City. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4 software, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 68 respondents who are owners or managers of coffee shops in Surabaya City and have been using digital accounting applications for a minimum of two months. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use has no significant effect on Continuous Use Intention (H1 rejected), while Perceived Usefulness (H2 accepted) and Perceived Data Security (H3 accepted) each have a positive and significant effect on Continuous Use Intention. Collectively, the three variables explain 54.4% of the variance in Continuous Use Intention (R² = 0.544).
