Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Influencer Credibility, Perceived Authenticity, and Perceived Information Quality on the Purchase Intention for the Barenbliss x Hearts2Hearts collaboration product on TikTok Shop. The study is motivated by the rapid growth of digital marketing via social media—specifically TikTok Shop—which leverages influencers as promotional channels to boost consumer purchase interest. Promotional success is influenced not only by influencer credibility but also by consumer perceptions regarding the authenticity of the promotion (perceived authenticity) and the quality of the information conveyed (perceived information quality). This study employs a quantitative method, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The sample consists of 128 respondents who are at least 18 years old, active TikTok users, followers of the Hearts2Hearts social media account, and individuals who have viewed the Barenbliss x Hearts2Hearts collaboration product promotion on TikTok within the last six months. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that Influencer Credibility, Perceived Authenticity, and Perceived Information Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The path coefficient values are 0.376, 0.208, and 0.258, respectively, with p-values < 0.05. An R-square value of 0.435 indicates that the three independent variables explain 43.5% of the variation in Purchase Intention. Among these variables, Influencer Credibility exerts the most dominant influence on Purchase Intention.
