Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of business risk, financial risk, and systematic risk on the firm value of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data. The sample was selected via purposive sampling, resulting in 37 companies, equivalent to 185 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS 26 software. The results indicate that business risk and financial risk do not have a significant effect on firm value. In contrast, systematic risk exerts a significant negative influence at the 10% significance level. These findings suggest that when evaluating energy sector companies, investors place greater weight on market risk than on business or financial risks.
