Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the interaction between guano fertilizer dosage and Gandasil D fertilizer concentration, as well as to determine the optimal dosage and concentration for the growth and yield of yardlong beans (Vigna sinensis L.). The research was conducted from February to April 2026 in Sumberwangi Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency, using a Split Plot Design with two factors: Gandasil D concentration as the main plot and guano dosage as the subplot, each comprising four treatment levels and three replications. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at the 5% level where significant effects were observed. The results showed that the combination of 60 g/plant of guano and 3 g/L of Gandasil D produced significant interactions regarding most growth and yield parameters, including plant height, number of leaves, days to flowering, number of flowers, number of pods, number of seeds per pod, pod diameter, pod length, and pod weight. Individually, the guano dosage of 60 g/plant and the Gandasil D concentration of 3 g/L also yielded the best results for the majority of observed parameters. Consequently, the combination of these two treatments is recommended as an effective fertilization strategy to enhance the growth and productivity of yardlong bean plants.
