Abstract
Advancements in information technology have driven companies to shift from manual attendance systems to more efficient digital solutions. Manual systems are often inconvenient for field employees and slow down administrative processes such as leave requests and shift swaps. To address these issues, this Field Work Practice (PKL) project aims to design a mobile-based employee attendance application at PT. Dimas Reiza Perwira to support real-time and transparent attendance management. The application was developed using React Native (Expo) for the user interface, Express.js running serverlessly on Vercel for the backend, and Supabase as the database and file storage system. Key features include clock-in and clock-out with GPS location, IP address, and selfie validation; daily work schedule management, including general, departmental, and individual shift schedules; digital submission of leave and sick requests with file uploads; and shift swapping between employees with notification and HR approval. The result of this project is a mobile application that simplifies attendance tracking, accelerates leave processing, and enhances scheduling efficiency. In addition to benefiting the company, the project provides students with practical experience in developing digital solutions using modern technology stacks.
