Abstract
Enterprise value is an important indicator that reflects investors’ perceptions of a company’s performance and future prospects. In the metals and minerals industry, enterprise value fluctuates due to the influence of both financial and non-financial factors. This study aims to analyze the effects of leverage, sustainability reports, and profitability on enterprise value among metals and minerals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from financial statements and sustainability reports. The population of companies consisted of 36 metal and mineral industry companies listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2024. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 8 companies was selected for the 2021–2024 period, yielding a total of 32 data observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that the leverage variable contributes to firm value, while the sustainability report contributes to firm value. The profitability variable, however, does not contribute to firm value among metal and mineral companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2024.
