Abstract
Family financial management is an important aspect of maintaining household economic stability, particularly for informal workers who have irregular income. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, income perception, and saving behavior on family financial management among informal workers in Mojokerto Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 199 informal workers selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that financial literacy, income perception, and saving behavior each have a positive and significant effect on family financial management. These findings suggest that higher levels of financial literacy, more positive perceptions of income adequacy, and better saving behavior contribute to more effective and sustainable family financial management among informal workers.
