Abstract
Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.) are one of the horticultural commodities with high economic value, so their productivity needs to be increased through the application of organic fertilizers. This study aimed to find out the effect of different goat manure types and concentrations of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from fish waste, as well as their interaction, on the growth and yield of tomato plants. The research was carried out in Sukosewu Village, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, from February to May 2026 using a two-factor randomized block design (RBD). The first factor was the type of goat manure (no fertilizer, regular goat manure 15 tons/ha, and fermented goat manure 15 tons/ha), while the second factor was the concentration of POC from fish waste (0, 30, 50, and 70 ml/L). Each treatment was repeated three times and analyzed using analysis of variance followed by a 5% Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The research results show that the interaction of the two factors has a significant effect on plant height at 35 and 42 DAT, number of leaves at 35 DAT, number of fruits in the 3rd harvest period, and total fruit weight per plant. Individually, 15 tons/ha of fermented goat manure gave the best results for most growth and yield parameters, while 50 ml/L of fish waste bio-stimulant gave the best results for total number of flowers per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit weight in the 4th and 5th harvest periods, and total fruit weight per hectare. Based on the results, using 15 tons/ha of fermented goat manure combined with 50 ml/L of fish waste bio-stimulant is recommended to improve growth and yield of tomato plants.
