Abstract
PT Delta Sinergi Prima is a company engaged in information technology (IT) and ISO consulting services. To support the digitalization of training services, the company developed the Training Delta application. Training is a learning process aimed at improving participants' knowledge and skills so they can be applied in the workplace. Along with technological developments, training activities have shifted to digital platforms, one1of which is1the Training Delta application. 1However, the application still has several issues1related to its user1interface and user experience, such as an unattractive appearance, inconsistent layout, less intuitive navigation, and visual elements that do not yet follow modern design trends. This study aims to1design the UI/UX of the Training Delta application to make it more1modern, attractive, functional, and user-friendly according to user needs. The1method used in this1study is1Design Thinking, which consists1of five stages. The design evaluation was conducted using the1Single Ease1Question (SEQ) method. The test results show1that the UI/UX design1of the Training Delta application obtained an average SEQ score of 6.26. This score indicates that1the UI/UX design of1the Training Delta application is categorized as fairly easy, meaning that it has met the basic needs of users and1provides a good user1experience.
